Gift Of Adoption

I weep and hold you in my arms
my child, so pure and new.
Your mother had to give you up.
It was so hard for her to do.

As I look into your baby eyes
and hold your little hand,
I pray the Lord will help you
that one day you’ll understand.

Our hearts are breaking for your mom,
while bursting with love for you.
Having a baby in our home
is wonderful and new.

We’ll give you everything you need.
A life that’s filled with love.
And forevermore be grateful
to your mom, and God above.

Dear Ron, I am Calvin’s adoptive mother. His Dad and I are eternally grateful for Jill and her enormous sacrifice. So glad we got to meet her and cannot wait to meet all the rest of the family. We love you already! With much love, Bev

      Dear Beverly,

Just read your sweet note. How wonderful it is to meet Calvin. You and his dad have raised him into a wonderful young man. You have taught him and loved him, and are everything we had hoped and prayed for as his adoptive parents. Thank you is not even close to what I want to say. Carolynn and look forward to meeting you. Ron
