Let your tears be “happy tears”
Tis not a time to mourn.
My life was one of joy
from the day that I was born.
A dear and beautiful family.
Friends, both old and new.
Troubles few and far between.
I’ve loved and been loved too.
So, keep a smile upon your lips
and with each tear you shed,
all will know the tears that flow
are “happy tears” instead.
