The day you took your life

we felt ours ended too.

If only we had known the pain

that you were going through.

We didn’t see the warning signs.

You held them deep inside.

             The struggles you were facing,

you did so well to hide.

We’re left with tears of sorrow,

and confusion as to why

you didn’t tell us of the pain

that made you want to die.

Your soul is very precious

In the eyes of God above.

He will heal your troubled heart

and bless you with His love.

We know the time will come

when we’ll embrace you once again.

May you find peace and rest

 in His loving arms ‘till then.
